Getting Started
Finding a therapist you want to work with can feel daunting. The right therapist not only has the proper training and credentials to treat your difficulties, but also feels right based on less tangible factors such as temperament and sensitivity. Meeting face to face for 1-3 sessions can help you determine whether you feel there is a good fit between you (or your adolescent) and me.
